About Lead and Learn Global

I am Humayoon Baqeri, the founder of Lead and Learn Global, a platform dedicated to providing high-quality education in leadership, economics, public speaking, and English language. With a strong academic background and practical experience, I am committed to helping individuals unlock their potential through education and skill development, empowering leaders, entrepreneurs, and global communicators.

I completed my MBA in International Business and Human Resource Management from Noida International University in 2021. My areas of specialization include International Business and Human Resource Management, equipping me with the knowledge to understand the complexities of global markets and organizational dynamics.

My professional journey began as a lecturer teaching economic subjects at Farah Governmental Institute, where I laid the foundation for my passion for education. In 2022, I transitioned into a role as Office Administrator at SMF Group International in Kabul, Afghanistan, developing key organizational and administrative skills that I now incorporate into my teaching methodology.

In 2023, I returned to my passion for education as an Economics and English Lecturer at Afghan Women International Online University, helping students from diverse backgrounds build their knowledge and skills. At Lead and Learn Global, my goal is to provide transformative education that equips individuals with the skills and confidence to become leaders in their respective fields.
